Olivia is the founder of Lavistown Foods,
which produces a range of gourmet
sausages. For 25 years she produced the
award winning Lavistown cheese. She and
her husband, Roger, also run food and
ecology courses at Lavistown. |

Anne Neary
Anne founded Ryeland House Cookery in
1991 and now gives classes, sometimes
with guest chefs. The emphasis is on good
tasty food for family and friends. Anne was
food consultant to Caulfields Supervalu for
six years and presents a cookery programme on Kilkenny Community Radio. |

Nolan, Secretary
Rhoda is the proprietor of Rosquil House, a
four star guest house in Kilkenny. She has
over 35 years catering and hospitality
experience in Ireland, England & America. |

Paul McCabe
Paul was part of the management team at
Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel for five years
before moving to the USA and Australia. He also sampled
life down under working for two years on
Australia's famous Bondi Beach. He has
spent the last two years as manager of
gastropub Paris Texas in Kilkenny. |

Feeley, PRO
Alma is founding managing director of Midas PR, a public relations company based in Kilkenny. A real foodie, she has carried out PR for several international food, drink and hotel brands. |

Mijke Jansen
Born and raised in The Netherlands, Mijke
was General Manager of one of the best
boutique hotels and restaurants in
Amsterdam. Mijke moved to Kilkenny four years ago and opened the Bridgestone Top 100 restaurant Bassetts at Woodstock with her husband, John Bassett. |

Mark
Gaffney, Treasurer
Mark trained in Professional Cooking at Waterford Institute of Technology. His first
placement was with Eugene Mc Sweeney
in Lacken House in Kilkenny. He joined the
Ormonde Hotel eight years ago and has
been Executive Chef there for the past five
years. |

Ian Brennan
Ian is the General Manager of the Club House Hotel, Kilkenny. He trained as a Hotel Manager in GMIT & Trainee Management Programme in Ashford Castle Hotel. He has managed hotels & restaurants in both Ireland and abroad over the past 10 years, before coming home in January 2007 to join his father Jim Brennan to run the Club House Hotel in Kilkenny. |

Will Fitzgerald
Will started his training with Gerry Galvin in the very popular Drimcong House, Co Galway. Then he went to London where he worked with many famous names including Marco Pierre White. He came back to Ireland to work as executive chef in Fitzers and then moved to the same position in the Ormonde Hotel in Kilkenny. For the last five years he has been chef / proprietor of The Blueberry Larder where he produces a range of delicious food-to-go.
