Here are some highlights
The Health Store will have a speaker outside their store from 12pm - 3pm giving advice on Using Food
to improve Health on Friday 24th October.
From Friday - Sunday they will hold tastings at 12pm, 3pm and 4pm.
Gloria Jeans will do samplings each day at 11am, 12am, 3pm and 4pm.
Stonehouse Books will hold an instore promotion displaying their range of cookery books.
Quigley's will hold tastings in Workhouse Square at 12pm and 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Bagel Factory:
Friday 24th - Offering 1 FREE face paint for children when €10.00 spent in store. (Every extra child €5.00 spend) offer will run for 1 week. Painting will be carried out in our seating area by a member of staff.

Friday 24th - 2.00pm - Food tasting - gluten free soup & samples of bagels to include the launch of our
Christmas bagel - turkey, ham, stuffing & cranberry dressing
Friday 24th - Candy apples made fresh in store for week approaching Halloween.

every day till 1pm for €6.00)
Saturday 25th - 2.00pm - Tasting of hot food & Gluten free cookies, Cakes & Muffins
Sunday 26th - 2.00pm - Bagel, sandwich & wrap tastings
