Brand new for 2017, we’re excited to showcase young chefs, budding cooks and entrepreneurs, by featuring Transition Year student’s products on the second day of the indoor market. This is a chance to taste and purchase their delicious creations, food prepared by talented young cooks who are interested in taking their skills further.
