Stirring the bubbling cauldrons and stoking the fires in the bowels of the castle are Cooks Eugene Mc Sweeney and Mark Gaffney( Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel) and their fellow Scullions. Serving the fruits of the Cook’s labour are Castle Steward Ian Brennan( Club House Hotel Kilkenny) and his Maids and Butlers.
