Due to energy supply issues with the Castle which was the original venue, the outdoor foodmarket has moved to Kieran Street on Sunday. 30 wonderful food stalls including artisan food producers and food businesses will tempt you with their wares as you wander along picturesque pedestrianised Kieran Street. Come along and enjoy from 12 – 4:30pm!

Hi Norbert,
Apologies for the delay in coming back to you. The Savour Kilkenny food market only takes place over the weekend of the festival. If you are interested in participating in the weekly foodmarket in Kilkenny it might be worth contacting Helen Finnegan of Knockdrinna Cheese in Stonyford, Kilkenny who is one of the organisers of that market.
Best regards,
Siobhan
Frank,
Apologies for the delay in coming back to you regarding your query about the food market in Kilkenny. The Savour Kilkenny food market only takes place over the weekend of the festival (the October Bank Holiday Weekend) and in fact we are planning a major showcase event on the Parade Plaza for this year. However the weekly food market takes place on a Thursday on the Mayor’s Walk. Hope this helps and thanks for your interest in Savour Kilkenny,
Siobhan
