Food blogger, columnist, author and self-proclaimed fermentalist Valerie O’Connor hosts this workshop all about fermenting foods, explaining just what it is and why it’s so good for us, populating our gut with healthy bacteria and boosting our immune systems in a delicious way. She will show you how to make a basic fermented vegetable medley, and then move on to a sauerkraut and a beet kvass.
