Join us for a Gala tasting menu where our kitchen team, led by head chef Cathal O’Dowd, will focus on delivering modern Irish seasonal cuisine influenced by many cooking techniques and an appreciation for the best quality ingredients available.
Join us for a mouth-watering, 100% vegan culinary experience, where best-selling cookery author and entrepreneur Roz Purcell will discuss her favourite vegan dishes and overall approach to food.
The menu is devised by Helen Costelloe of Kilkenny’s only plant based Café The Cutting Vedge, alongside Harpers Head Chef Cormac Vesey. All five courses will be alive with colour, flavour and nutrition. Both chefs have a passion for good, wholesome nutritious local food. This unique collaboration with Helen and Cormac will deliver an evening of taste sensations for even the non-vegan lover.
Held in the chic, city-centre based Harper’s Restaurant, our evening will begin with a drinks reception from 7pm, catered by our friends at Highbank Orchards.
