Derry Clarke is a Michelin Star Chef who can regularly be seen on Virgin Media One’s Six O’Clock Show and The Today Show on RTÉ cooking up delicious meals. He is also part of the team on the IFTA nominated series Lords & Ladles on RTÉ.
