Join iNua Collection Mixologist, José Mader for a special selection of incredible cocktail creations served in style in our Savour Street Cocktail bar at the Brasserie, Hibernian Hotel, Ormonde Street Kilkenny.
Back due to popular demand, after the success of The Brasserie Kilkenny launch night, José will be hosting mixology classes, throughout the weekend, where you can learn the tips and tricks of the perfect cocktail.
In between classes he’ll be on hand serving up cocktails and answering your cocktail questions.

Demonstration Times: Between 2pm-5pm. Demonstrations are free of charge, however donation’s to Down Syndrome Ireland the Hibernian’s charity partners are welcome.
