Apricot, celery & walnut stuffing

Serves: 4-6


  • 275g/10oz breadcrumbs
  • 100g/ Apricots chopped
  • 2 sticks celery chopped
  • 2 onions finely chopped
  • 100g/4oz butter melted
  • 2tbl fresh mixed herbs i.e parsley sage chive finely chopped
  • zest 1 lemon
  • 50g/2oz walnuts chopped
  • salt and pepper


Cook the onion and celery in the melted butter. Then add to the remaining ingredients and use to stuff the Turkey
