Beetroot smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients

200ml protein Milk or milk alternative

1 beetroot, cooked

handful fresh or frozen blueberries or any a mix of your favorite

1 tbsp mixed seeds

1 tsp of honey

2 tbsp of oats

Place all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Method

For breakfast smoothie add uncooked oats and a scoop of whey protein.

Serves; Enough for 1 serving (depending on how big the servings are!)
