- Blend almonds and coconut together in a food processor until very fine and starts to come together.
- Add the rest of your ingredients and pulse and blend a few times, until smooth and a dough comes together.
- Roll 1 Tbsp. of the dough into mini bars and dip in a good quality melted dark chocolate. Shake excess chocolate with the help of two forks and place on grease-proof paper.
- Set in the fridge for a few minutes. Keep in an airtight container or freezer bags in the fridge.
