Method
- In a large bowl, combine the peanuts, sunflower seeds, dried fruit, oats, whey and crisped rice cereal
- In a pan, combine the peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Alternatively, you can microwave these in a microwavable container for 1-2 minutes until bubbling
- Add peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared cooking sheet and press down firmly
- Refrigerate or freeze briefly until set
