Roast Pumpkin Wedges

Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
300g pumpkin, de-seeded
Freshly ground black pepper
Sea salt
1 tsp honey
Method
Preheat an oven to 200°C/180°C fan/400°F..
Mix all the ingredients together on a large roasting tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes until soft through.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
