Join us in Harper’s Restaurant as we immerse you in a mouth-watering, 100% vegan culinary experience. Best-selling cookery author and entrepreneur Roz Purcell will be joining the dinner and will discuss her approach to food and her favourite vegan food and her food journey;
Our stunning menu will consist of exciting dishes inspired by Roz’s ethos and devised by Harpers Head Chef, Cormac Vesey and Helen Costelloe of acclaimed Kilkenny Café, ‘The Cutting Vedge’. Held in the chic, city-centre based Harper’s Restaurant, our evening will begin with a drinks reception from 7:30 pm, catered by our friends at Highbank Orchards. We will then move on to the main event – beautiful 4-course meal, comprised of 100% vegan food, sure to delight everyone (including the die-hard meat eaters!) Don’t miss out on this fabulous event!
